FIK TVET COLLEGE · APPLICANT INFORMATION

Your information,
handled with care.

This notice explains what the online application collects and how Fik TVET College uses it during admissions.

Information you provide

The application asks for your name, date of birth, gender, phone number, email address, region, school name, completed grade and year, and chosen field of study. It also asks you to upload a certificate, transcript, and photo.

Fayda is optional. If you enter a FIN or FAN, it is stored with your application for admissions staff to view. Live verification with Fayda is not connected, and this website does not authenticate that number.

How it is used

Fik TVET College uses these details and documents to receive, review, and decide your application, and to contact you about the process and the admissions decision.

Who can access it

Application records are stored in the college application database. Uploaded files are kept in the application server’s private document folder, outside the public website folder. Admissions staff access records and attachments through the staff review portal, which is protected by an admissions access code.

If email delivery is configured, the email service provider processes messages sent to you and to the admissions team. Email is not currently configured in this application, so the site records the email address but does not send messages until the college sets up that service.

Storage and retention

Your application and its attachments remain in the database and server storage until college staff remove them. The application currently has no automatic deletion schedule. The college should set a retention period and securely remove records and files that are no longer needed.

Your choices and questions

You can leave the Fayda number blank and still submit an application. To ask about your application information or request a correction or removal, contact the Fik TVET College admissions office through the college’s official channels.

This notice describes the current application system. It should be reviewed by the college and updated when its data practices or contact details change.
